COMPLETELY PERFECT May 23, 2003 cenan özkaya (TURKEY) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I strongly recommend any civil engineering student to obtain this book.It covers whole subjects in elementary structural mechanics and structural analysis in great detail. There are large number of example problems solved neatly.I could not detect any mistake in the text or problem part.
Structural Analysis June 20, 2001 Nina S. Ludington (Kenney) (LAFAYETTE, LA USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Dr. Hibbeler has put a complicated topic in terms and examples that any engineering student can understand. The 4th edition has corrected most errors and shows the introduction to the breadth and depth of structural anaylsis. The layout of Dr. Hibbeler's stuctural anaylsis, flows from the Static's and Mechanics of Materials that all students of Civil Engineering have been introduced to.
Very Good For Self Study March 10, 2004 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have studied every single page of this book. It is very good for self study and an ideal one towards undergraduate perfection. Complex topics are told in a very clear manner. Examples and figures make the book so understandable. Strongly recommended before entering into advanced topics... (I could find 2 errors but they are obvious if you be careful)
Awesome Book September 7, 2007 Chris Abela 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
One of my most favorite books on structural theory. It was very easy to understand, tons of examples, and is still a valuble resource for calculating structural problems at work.
thanks November 9, 2006 CMC 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
